Kellie Martin, an American actress and filmmaker best known for her role as Christy Huddleston in the period drama 'Christy", Rebecca Thatcher on the drama about families Life Goes On> and Lucy Knight for the medical drama ER. Also, she is known for appearing in the titular role in the "Hailey Dean Mystery" series. Martin was born to an employee of a department store and the kindergarten teacher. Her first acting experience was as a child at the age of seven. her Aunt, who was the nanny of Michael Landon's household, assisted Martin to be in the 1982 television series Father Murphy. When she completed her studies at Yale University in 1982, Martin decided to pursue her acting career more seriously. She landed significant roles in television and on the big screen. Besides being an actress, Martin is also a talented photographer, as well as a dancer. She is a mother of two.
